      Babies are natural yogis! Join your little one in a unique blend of yoga postures – benefits include
      improved sleeping patterns, digestion aid, and colic relief. This class is for babies from 6 weeks up
      to pre-crawlers and is a great way to strengthen their bodies, relax and enjoy community friendship.

      Little ones will participate in simple yoga techniques aimed at the
      youngest children and their parents/caregivers.
